Located in the eastern part of the Alpilles, Eyguières has retained the charm so typical of Provençal villages, with its shaded small squares, impressive town houses, narrow streets… As you stroll through the village you can admire the numerous stone fountains (fontaine Cocotte, fontaine des Bormes, fontaine Coquille, fontaine Trinquetaille), the cemetery, the chapel of Saint-Vérédème. A superb walking trail will take you to the highest point on the Alpilles, the Tour des Opies (498 m above sea level) which commands superb panoramic views over the area!
